Professional Background

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Then I worked for years for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and later for a Special Education School.   Next, I graduated with Honors as a Presidential Scholar from Gallaudet University, in Washington DC, with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.   After Gallaudet, I worked and continued my education at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and University.   This additional training helped establish a professional foundation that drives me.
